Delivery policy: For the delivery of virtual products, such as tickets to events (face-to-face or virtual) or consulting appointments, the deadline for them to arrive at your e-mail is up to 24 hours, excluding exhausting situations, such as server breakdowns, problems with the hosting service of the platform we use for our website (Wix.com and its partners), among other causes of force majeure. Exchange policy:There is no possibility of exchanging digital products, if you wish to exchange for a product of equal or different value (being equal or less, in the latter case with refund of the difference, excluding cases in which this value may be debited due to shipping and/or fees ), the customer must cancel the purchase of the product and purchase another. Refund policy: After canceling the purchase, the customer will receive the full value of the contracted product or service (excluding any additional transaction fee). The cancellation request can be made within 07 (seven) calendar days, from the acquisition date. If the product/service purchased is scheduled within this seven-day period, the cancellation request must be made by the customer up to 01 (one) hour before the scheduled start time of the activity (either event or other). In any case, requests for cancellations made after the scheduled start time of the activity will not be accepted. The refund period is up to 45 days, depending on the purchase method.
